Classes

Yoga & Chill Yoga
Gently heated yoga of all styles for all levels. Our chill yoga is slow and gentle, great for recovery, meditation or yoga newbies.

FST
Functional strength training utilizing a variety of equipment as a mat class or circuit style.

FST +
Functional strength training with the addition of cardio inspired intervals utilizing erg machines and/or a variety of equipment.

Function and Flow
Starts and ends like a yoga class with a 15 min strength workout in the middle. This is a barefoot 45 min class.

TRX
A 45 min total body workout on the TRX suspension straps.

Freestyle
A pre programmed 30-40 minute workout including functional strength training, core and cardio. Book into a 30 minute window and show up anytime and move through the workout at your own pace. An hola house instructor is there to help you!

Guided Meditation
Utilizing a variety of meditation techniques to inspire a healthy body and healthy mind.

Combo classes
30 minutes workout followed by 30 minutes of yoga.

mat Pilates
A 45 min Pilates inspired class on the mat. Rhythmic, core focus and total body using a variety of equipment.
