YOGA
All levels, non heated yoga every time.
We believe yoga is yoga is yoga. We do not categorize our classes by level or type. We teach yoga classes which are accessible to anyone, from the first time yogi to the daily practitioner. Our yoga team is passionate in sharing yoga in a casual, approachable and genuine light.


HI-X
These class formats are programmed around the highly effective method of interval training. We use a variety of equipment to provide opportunities to develop strength, power, speed and cardiovascular fitness.
Prepare to sweat! Class will begin with 6-8 minutes of movement prep and warm up. The next 30 minutes will be spent performing a variety of drills that take your heart rate to the max, with built in recovery time to prepare for the next drill. Expect a variety of equipment including rowers, bikes, jump ropes, TRX, kettle bells and dumbbells. We finish with a 5 minute stretch/recovery.
