Session 1 – Saturday, May 16th 12:15-1:30pm
We’ll briefly explore the history and meaning of Malas, learn hand-knotting techniques, choose stones that align with your intentions and begin creating your mala.

Session 2 – we’ll set this date together for a time that works for our group
We’ll finish your Mala and conclude with a guided meditation to activate your practice.
