New to aerial yoga? This welcoming class is the perfect place to begin. Using a soft fabric hammock, you’ll explore gentle stretches, supported poses, and simple movements that help build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Designed for all levels, this class offers a fun and supportive space to move, breathe, and try something new. No experience is needed—just bring yourself and a sense of curiosity.
Wear comfortable workout or yoga clothing, and avoid zippers, buttons, or other items that could catch on the hammocks. Leggings or pants that cover the legs are recommended for comfort.
