This unique and fully immersive event will consist of a 75 minute accessible slow yoga flow located outdoors underneath The Woodmark Hotel’s heated canvas tent with beautiful lake views followed by a 75 minute sauna and cold lake plunge session at Von Sauna, which is located just a few steps away. 

This combined practice calls us to set our spirit free and inspire our commitment to good vibes, living well and making positive moves amongst positive people.
